Freight shipments:

Bulk orders start at five or more desks and are typically shipped via a reliable freight service to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Please note the following important details for freight shipments:

• Delivery Inspection and Signature: An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Any shortage or damage must be noted on the driver’s paperwork at the time of delivery.
• Delivery Location: Unless a loading dock is available, freight deliveries are curbside. This means the delivery driver will unload the boxes from the truck, but it is the recipient's responsibility to bring the boxes inside.
• Shipping Address and Coordination: It is the client’s responsibility to verify the shipping address and all contact information prior to shipment. For freight shipments, the end-user is also responsible for coordinating the delivery with the freight carrier. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or other additional charges, which will be the end-user's responsibility.
