We move fast - orders start processing within one hour of purchase. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted within that first hour. Afterward, we may have created a label and begun packing. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately, and we’ll help if the order hasn’t been processed yet. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your shipment is on the way.

Large items like desks, dining tables, and coffee tables ship in separate boxes to reduce the risk of damage. It’s normal for boxes in the same order to arrive on different days. 

Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water with a small splash of mild detergent. For stuck-on spots, gently use the non-abrasive side of a sponge, then wipe dry. Our UV-protected finish means no ongoing oiling or waxing is required. Avoid harsh chemicals/bleach, use coasters and trivets, and add felt pads under décor to keep the surface looking new.

Yes. At Modern Wood Style, we work exclusively with solid wood lumber. Tops are built from kiln-dried boards that we mill, edge-glue, and thoughtfully arrange for both stability and beautiful grain. This construction helps prevent warping and ensures each piece has a unique, natural character.
