Returns and Cancellations Policy

At Modern Wood Style, we aim to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied or need to make changes, here’s everything you need to know about our returns and cancellations policy:

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for products in “like new” condition and in their original packaging.

Conditions of Return:

∙Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
∙If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyers will be charged for any loss in value.
∙Returns must be approved by a Modern Wood Style representative within 30 days of receipt.
∙Items returned with missing packaging or excessive wear may incur additional fees to cover repairs or part replacements.

Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed by your credit card provider.

Exceptions to Returns:

The following items are not eligible for return:

∙Custom or special order items
∙Volume orders
∙Open-box items
∙Showroom models
∙Discounted products

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us to obtain approval for your return. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to the address used at the time of purchase. Please note that return shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Damage Policy:

We take great care in ensuring your items arrive safely. In the rare event of shipping damage, please follow these steps:

Inspection Upon Arrival:

∙Inspect the packaging and contents thoroughly upon delivery for any signs of damage.

Reporting Damage:

∙Report any damage within 3–5 days of receipt. Prompt reporting is essential for us to resolve the issue.

Required Information for Claims:

∙A detailed description of the damage

∙Photographs of the damaged item 

∙Packaging materials, shipping box, and all shipping accessories

∙Your order number and contact information

NOTE: The original shipping box and packaging materials are required to start the claim process. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with the claim process without the original packaging.

Cancellations for Shipping Damage:

∙Shipping damage is not grounds for cancellation. We will resolve the issue through replacements or exchanges.
