Freight shipments:

Bulk orders start at five or more desks and are typically shipped via a reliable freight service to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Please note the following important details for freight shipments:

Delivery Inspection and Signature: An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Any shortage or damage must be noted on the driver’s paperwork at the time of delivery.
Delivery Location: Unless a loading dock is available, freight deliveries are curbside. This means the delivery driver will unload the boxes from the truck, but it is the recipient's responsibility to bring the boxes inside.
Shipping Address and Coordination: It is the client’s responsibility to verify the shipping address and all contact information prior to shipment. For freight shipments, the end-user is also responsible for coordinating the delivery with the freight carrier. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or other additional charges, which will be the end-user's responsibility.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

At Modern Wood Style, we aim to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied or need to make changes, here’s everything you need to know about our returns and cancellations policy:

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for products in “like new” condition and in their original packaging.

Conditions of Return:

∙Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
∙If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyers will be charged for any loss in value.
∙Returns must be approved by a Modern Wood Style representative within 30 days of receipt.
∙Items returned with missing packaging or excessive wear may incur additional fees to cover repairs or part replacements.

Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed by your credit card provider.

Exceptions to Returns:

The following items are not eligible for return:

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us to obtain approval for your return. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to the address used at the time of purchase. Please note that return shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
